Corner Mix n°8

Eighth appointment with our Corner Mix, a composition of products from our modern catalog for lovers of vintage and design from the 50s and 60s.

This week’s star is a sideboard by Luciano Frigerio in white lacquered wood, distinguished by a decorative band in worked brass.

The productions of Luciano Frigerio in the 60s emerged in the context of Brianza craftsmanship thanks to the quality and care in processing. Thanks to its staff of technicians and craftsmen, furniture was born as unique pieces, namely the “sculpture furniture” and the “sculpture beds”.
He gave birth to a new style, different and opposed to the industrial production of that period.

Over the years he collaborated with successful architects and designers such as Franco Albini or Sergio Asti, for the realization of pieces of sophisticated craftsmanship.

As a seat we chose a nice armchair from the 50s-60s upholstered in foam and upholstered in brand new fabric.

The lines are classic and recall the shape of the bergère armchairs: the result is an elegant and welcoming seat.

As a light point we chose a 60s suspension lamp, in opal glass and brass.
