Rare and historical catalogue of the renowned gallery founded in 1876 by brothers Victor and Alberto Grubicy de Dragon, and directed by Alberto alone after the fight with the brother, from 1889. In this gallery you must be promoting on the international stage of the movement divisionism, starting from the support of Giovanni Segantini, bound by friendship to Victor, and under exclusive contract with the gallery, even after the separation of the two brothers. Between 1898 and 1899, became part of the scuderia C. Fornara and G. Previati. After the death of G. Segantini, which occurred on the 28th of sept. 1899, Previati gradually took on the role of principal interpreter of the line division supported by Grubicy. The gallery participated in national and international exhibitions, including that witnessed by our catalog (the celebration of Segantini and Previati and one of L.
