La danza è una delle arti più antiche, un atto di creazione, una forma dell'esistenza e anche una forma di pensiero che si incarna nel corpo. Ed è proprio sulla danza come "scrittura del corpo" che questo libro si sofferma e indaga, attraverso un percorso originale che nasce dal rapporto diretto con chi la danza la pratica e la elabora, e porta il lettore a stretto contatto con il gesto e il movimento. In questo senso il progetto grafico è stato pensato per rendere la poetica e l'intelligenza del gesto, la tensione del corpo in movimento e la sua capacità di dilatare lo spazio e oltrepassarlo.
