Description : La Santissima Trinità
Oil on canvas. And' copy from the altarpiece of the church of the Santissima Trinità dei Pellegrini in Rome, built in 1625 by Guido Reni. Standing in the middle, already capacity in the skies, the Cross bearing the Son, crowned, in a continuum, vertical, rigorous, Father, and, in the middle, by the Holy Spirit under the traditional form of a dove; the continuity between the three figures, beyond which the vertical is emphasized by the parallelism between the open arms of the Father, the wings of the Spirit and the arms of the cross of the Son, to give consistency and unity to the gesture that the three people do. To the sides of the Trinity, the hosts of angels and Archangels. The work already restored and ritelata, is presented in the ancient frame ridorata and worked.
