Early 1900s neoclassical style coffee table

Neoclassical style side table made in the early 1900s, England. Four turned legs joined by a crosspiece support a top with opening side panels, a drawer in the band. Finely chiseled and gilded bronze applications; the entire surface is richly inlaid with various types of wood.

Papier Painte Coffee Table

Oval table, England, late 19th century, with turned support supported by three wavy feet, oval papier maché top painted with floral motifs and mother-of-pearl inlays.

Umbertino walnut work table, Italy, late 19th century. Top with reserve veneered in walnut root, the latter also used to embellish the band under the top. One drawer, compartment under the band, turned legs and crosspiece, shaped feet. Cherry interior.

Top and under-top band inlaid with walnut phytomorphic motifs, typical of the period; the top also features walnut threads. Turned central shaft, resting on four shaped legs. Writing Desk WM. JOHNSON & SON burr walnut and maple veneer, Sheffield ca. 1870. Shaped top with leather insert and gilded bronze ribbed edge, band with drawer and fake drawer on the long sides, ebonized fluted truncated cone legs adorned with gilded bronze inserts and connected to each other by curved crosspieces with a central shelf; pear-shaped feet. The decorative arrangement is completed by maple threads and floral inlays in maple and mahogany. Mahogany and fir interior. Inside the drawer there is the original label from the manufacturer.

Naples, Mid XIX Century

Console in mahogany and Louis Philippe mahogany slab with raised tilting mirror, Naples mid-19th century. Shaped white marble top, drawer in the band, legs connected by cross-piece. Richly carved with rocaille-style motifs, including curls, shells and leaf elements. Poplar interior.

China, XX Century

Pair of round tables, 20th century China. Structure in lacquered wood, adorned with oriental motifs painted in gold. The floors are then decorated with scenes depicting dancing female figures, made of soapstone and inserted within a painted landscape; mother-of-pearl inserts embellish the edges of the tops. The removable legs can be positioned and fixed under the top, making it easier to transport.

Art Deco work table in ebonized wood, Italy, 1930s. Openable top veneered in quadripartite walnut root, concealing fabric storage compartment inserted within a "cage" of turned maple slats. Wavy legs.
