Open bedside table in walnut with shaped and inlaid top, front with door bearing carved knob and wavy legs with carved feet. The entire structure is inlaid with bois de violette, bois de rose and maple. Italy 18th century.

France, Late XIX Century

Demi lune console game table in Directory style, mahogany veneer, France, late 19th century. By extracting the drawer in the band the top can be opened revealing the cloth playing surface. Deficiencies in the veneer, cloth to be replaced.

Small coffee table with top and parallelepiped structure in thuja root, maple inlays and bronze handles, medallions and borders. Underlying structure in mahogany with inlaid truncated pyramid legs. Italy 20th century

18th Century / 1701 - 1800

Neoclassical game table from Piacenza, supported by truncated pyramidal legs tightened by a collar in the upper band and equipped with bronze feet, the undertop band is shaped and is inlaid in maple with phytomorphic motifs and a couple of birds; the top also has an inlay with a flowery branch on which there is a parrot. In walnut, the interiors are in spruce. The original mechanism that allowed the legs to be stretched is blocked.

Rolo, Second Half of the XIX Century

Table with round top inlaid with olive, maple, cherry and walnut and decorated with a central scene depicting St. George killing the dragon and Greek frets on the edges. Turned and inlaid elm stem and wavy legs. Rolo second half of the 19th century

England mid 19th century

Mahogany dressing table with carved railing, top with central compartment on which the ceramic basin rested and three drawers in the under-top band, the central one fake because it is positioned in correspondence with the compartment. Four turned legs connected by a shaped support surface. England mid 19th century

Tuscany Third Quarter XVIII Century

Openable game table in English Baroque taste, open finished, veneered in walnut and striped walnut, Tuscany third quarter of the 18th century. Shaped openable top threaded in maple, equipped with green cloth insert, drawer in the band. Supported by five wavy legs with golf club-shaped feet, one of which can be opened like a compass to support the open surface. Poplar interior. Handle replaced.

England, Early XX Century

Desk in walnut, ebonized wood and carvings with top with splashback concealing stationery compartments and writing desk with morocco insert bearing cabinet with drawers and resting on 2 spool-carved legs and frame with fake side drawers. On the front there is a carved door recalling the decoration on the top, it requires restoration. England early 20th century

Italy, XX Century

Pair of mahogany clothing racks Top and shelf richly carved with phytomorphic motifs, connected by support columns with gilded gouges that pick up the shape of the four legs connected by wooden crosspiece richly carved with leaf motifs. Wavy feet. Restoration. Italy 20th century.

19th Century / 1801 - 1900

Two George IV screen poles, supported by 3 curved legs, on which stands a refined baluster engaged with the pole that ends in a vase-shaped element. Two shield-shaped panels are fixed by rings and screws, so that their height can be adjusted. Made of citronnier, painted with phytomorphic motifs, the screens have embroidered fabric inserts. While in the 19th century pole screens had an ornamental function, in the 18th century they were used to shield the face from the direct heat of the fire, which could generate dangerous toxic reactions with white lead cosmetics (basic lead carbonate), widely used at the time by both men and women. The adjustable height allowed them to be customised according to the needs of the user, positioning them as a screen between their face and the fireplace.

Emilia Terzo Quarto XVIII Century

Baroque folding table in walnut and poplar burl, Emilia third quarter of the 18th century. Openable top with central mirrored geometric design in poplar briar, maple thread and perimeter border in poplar briar, shaped and gouge-carved band, wavy fluted legs ending with curled feet. Bronze hinges.
