Description

Triptych clock in blue porcelain and gilt bronze decorated with plant motifs, garlands of flowers, cherubs and goats' heads. The clock has a large gilded bronze base on which a porcelain vase rests where the clock case is inserted. Enamelled metal dial with hours in Roman numerals and minutes in Arabic numerals, in the center the writing "Bardon", the manufacturer's trademark. Finely pierced bronze hands. Mechanism marked Vincent & C.ie Medaille d'Argent, 1855.
